Fellow
Taylor Inman
Taylor Inman served three years in the United States Army as an OPFOR soldier before beginning his academic journey. In 2022, he attended Warrior-Scholar Project’s academic boot camp at the University of Notre Dame, an experience that helped prepare him for the transition from military service to college life.
After studying Biological Sciences at Central Piedmont Community College, Taylor transferred to Amherst College, where he is pursuing studies in economics, classical languages, and mathematics. Outside the classroom, he is heavily involved in campus life through the Amherst College Outing Club and Sailing Club, participating in activities ranging from winter hiking and mountain biking to competitive sailing. He has also tutored fellow students in calculus and provided physical training to peers.
Taylor enjoys challenging himself both mentally and physically. When he is not studying, he can often be found running, swimming, powerlifting, or exploring the outdoors. A longtime fan of strategy games, an avid gem and coin collector, and an aspiring world traveler, he plans to study abroad in Rome and eventually pursue a legal education with the goal of attending Yale Law School.
