Rebekah Bien-Aime

Lead Fellow

Rebekah “Bekah” Bien-Aimie served four years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic, with assignments that took her to Alaska and sparked an unexpected passion for science, research, and education. During her military service, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she conducted research analyzing glacier water samples from the Gulf of Alaska.

While working with research data and complex scientific information, Bekah discovered a passion for using technology to make learning more accessible and engaging. That interest eventually led her toward educational technology and instructional design. In 2024, she attended Warrior-Scholar Project’s STEM Boot Camp at Stanford University before joining the organization as a Fellow. In 2025, she supported student veterans across multiple Warrior-Scholar Project programs, serving as a Fellow at Yale University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, California Institute of Technology, William & Mary, and the Virtual STEM program.

Now based in Austin, Texas, Bekah is pursuing a graduate degree in Educational Technology at Texas State University. As a Lead Fellow, she is passionate about helping student veterans build confidence in the classroom and discover their own paths to success. Her work is driven by a commitment to creating engaging, technology-driven learning experiences that empower students from all backgrounds.
