Ann supports Warrior-Scholar Project's grants program and brings her demonstrated expertise in the areas of program design, implementation and outcome measurement and evaluation as a practitioner to her work. Her professional experience includes providing financial and programmatic leadership as the Chief Operating Officer of the largest service provider to homeless and low-income women in the District. She was responsible for soliciting and administering government contracts, as well as, foundation and corporate grants.
In her current role, she has provided fundraising, evaluation and best-practice training and technical assistance to various social service agencies on the East Coast. She earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from George Washington University.
