Kristin Saboe

Kristin Saboe, PhD, is a nationally recognized leader and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who uses science and research to drive cutting-edge impact at the intersection of strategy, policy, and the future of work. She currently serves as the Head of Employee Voice at Google and a professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Saboe previously led Employee Listening, Research, and Strategy at The Boeing Company. In this role, she authored and led Boeing’s talent strategy for Veterans and Military Connected employees. Prior to this, she served as a U.S. Army Research Psychologist establishing strategy and policy for performance optimization, analytics, and talent management. While in uniform, she deployed to Afghanistan as part of a small, hand-selected Mental Health Advisory Team (MHAT-9). She continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves.

She is the author of several peer-reviewed and popular press articles on workplace best practices, people analytics, and designing the future of work and the co-author of the book, Military Veterans Employment: A Guide for the Data-Driven Leader. She received the early career psychologist awards from the Society for Military Psychology (2019) and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2020), was recognized for her leadership impact by the President George W. Bush Institute in 2019, and is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Military Psychology. In a pro bono capacity, she advises and serves on nonprofit and foundation boards. She holds both a master’s and a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
