Mona Dexter

Mona Dexter is the Vice President of Military and Veteran Affairs at Comcast NBCUniversal, leading the enterprise’s military engagement initiatives promoting digital opportunity, workforce development and community impact. She has decades of experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, operations, nonprofit leadership, higher education student affairs and federal service and is an executive coach.

Mona serves on the USO Global Advisory Council, the Board of Directors of wear blue: run to remember and chairs the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans’ Advisory Committee on Education.

As a military spouse for over 25 years and proud mother of a U.S. Army soldier, Mona brings a deeply personal commitment to supporting military families.
