Boot Camp Application

Thank you for your continued interest in attending a Warrior-Scholar Project (WSP) academic boot camp.

Application Instructions

1. We recommend filling out this application on a computer and you should complete it in one sitting as your application is not saved until you press submit.
   
2. Type or select your responses to each question. Click “Next” to continue to the next page. Click “Previous” to go back to a former page.
3. Once you have completed the application, click “Submit”. Your application will only be evaluated for boot camp placement once it is submitted. You will receive an email confirmation when your application is received.

By submitting this application, you are acknowledging that you understand that the schedules for virtual and on-site boot camps require that your time be fully dedicated to programming throughout the day and into the evening. You must take leave, PTAD, TDY, or time off work to accommodate this schedule.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be shared with WSP staff for evaluation, placement decisions, and data reporting.
