By donating to Warrior-Scholar Project, your generosity directly benefits those who have served our country. A DAF allows you to contribute now through a DAF sponsor and recommend grants to nonprofits of your choice on your own schedule. This gives you flexibility while maximizing your impact. After you contribute money, stocks, or other assets to a DAF, you can usually take an instant tax deduction, and your contribution can grow tax-free.
For Warrior-Scholar Project, every gift supports veterans’ and service members’ higher education journeys by funding their participation in one of our academic boot camps, providing life-changing mentorship, and helping them become informed consumers of higher education.

If you don’t already work with a DAF sponsor, common entities that can help you set up an account include community foundations, banks, and financial institutions. Through your DAF account, you can make a one-time donation or set up recurring contributions to support Warrior-Scholar Project over time. Once you donate, you receive an immediate tax deduction, and your gift is ready to be granted to help student veterans gain academic confidence and prepare for college.
