Jeremy Bradford

Curriculum and Assessment Manager

Jeremy Bradford is WSP's Curriculum and Assessment Manager. He has been involved with WSP since 2014 and has helped design, teach, and coordinate the STEM program since its inception in 2015. As an astronomy graduate student, Jeremy was driven by his work with WSP to enter the education sector. Since completing his Ph.D., he has worked in the Yale Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning as the Assistant STEM Education Program director. He has extensive training and experience in evidence-based teaching methods. Jeremy is interested in creating, implementing, and improving curricula using both modern teaching methods and real-world applications, particularly in support of nontraditional and underrepresented students.

In addition to his work with WSP, Jeremy coordinates the Research Experience for Veteran Undergraduates at Yale University, a 10-week summer research program designed for WSP alumni majoring in a STEM field. He is also a science advisor to the Justice Education Center, an organization working to reduce crime in Connecticut through a variety of wellness and education programming. He is also an adjunct professor at Tunxis Community College where he teaches a Film Studies class.

Jeremy received a Ph.D. in Astronomy from Yale University in 2018 and has bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Central Connecticut State University. Before attending college, Jeremy was an IT administrator and project manager. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, an English professor at Tunxis, and his daughter.
