Gisselle Curnutt

Gisselle Curnutt serves as Warrior-Scholar Project’s admissions recruiting manager.

Gisselle supports service members and veterans as they transition into higher education through her work with Warrior Scholar Project. She brings years of experience working with military-connected communities through Veterans Bridge Home and as an ambassador with American Corporate Partners (ACP), focused on professional development, mentorship, and meaningful career pathways.

A former lawyer with a master’s in international business administration, Gisselle has experienced firsthand the opportunities higher education can open up, both professionally and personally. An active-duty military spouse and a fierce supporter of military spouses, she understands the realities of military life through supporting her husband’s service and walking alongside military-connected families. The mission of Warrior-Scholar Project closely aligns with her belief in education as a powerful tool for long-term stability and growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys barre, golf, exploring new cities across North Carolina, and connecting with people who share a sense of purpose and service.
