Thomas Szymanoski

Thomas (Tom) Szymanoski serves as Warrior-Scholar Project’s Director of Accounting and Finance, where he oversees the organization’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial operations.

Thomas brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit finance and accounting. Prior to joining Warrior-Scholar Project, he held finance leadership roles with organizations focused on social services, environmental conservation, and climate initiatives. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leaders and boards of directors to strengthen financial stewardship, support strategic decision-making, and help mission-driven organizations achieve their goals.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his children and is passionate about lifelong learning, personal growth, and embracing new challenges.
