Joy Saultzman serves as Warrior-Scholar Project’s education operations coordinator.

Joy attended the University of Providence, graduating with her B.S. in Criminal Justice. Her path then took her on a unique and diverse adventure. Embracing each opportunity that came her way, she delved into various fields while navigating life as a military spouse. This enriching experience broadened her horizons and instilled in her a dedication to learning and exploration. With a collaborative and relationship-driven approach, Joy brings passion and dedication to every aspect of her life and work.

Fueling her drive for personal growth and leadership, Joy later earned her M.S. in Management and Leadership, equipping herself with the tools to lead and inspire others. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of her pursuit to find a career she could be truly passionate about.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in the great outdoors, basking in the warmth of sunshine and the serenity of the beach. Her passion for helping others extends to the community, where she actively engages with friends, family, and neighbors, always ready to lend a helping hand. She cherishes the companionship of her wonderful children and pets and, as an animal lover, finds fulfillment in volunteering with a local animal rescue.
